I'm not shy about saying that I've not made many wedding cakes -we all have to start somewhere! Therefore, I price myself competitively in order to develop my skills and portfolio.

The cake I have worked on was for a lovely lady who had around 6 coeliac guests, several of whom where children, attending her wedding. She came to me with a specific request, she didn't want her special guests to feel alienated or different so she chose to have her wedding cake completely gluten free and dairy free. Her cake was my medium 3 tier cake, with a chocolate and ganache base, lemon middle layer and fruit top layer.
